Upon downloading one of our products, you will receive a welcome email containing information about your free trial period. When your trial is over, the email will provide details on how to subscribe to the product.
To start a subscription, you will need to have a registered payment method, such as a credit card, Direct Debit mandate, or credit account with us, so that we can automatically bill you at the beginning of each charging period.
Please note that only one trial is permitted per subscriber.
When upgrading a subscription, you will only be charged the difference in price. If you are subscribing annually, you may also be eligible for a refund of the unused charging period. Please note that you can only upgrade once within any 24-hour period.
If you decide to cancel your subscription during a charging period, your subscription will remain active until the end of that period and will not renew thereafter. During the remainder of the charging period, you will still be able to use the software until it ends. Please note that we do not offer refunds for any unused portion of the charging period.
Your subscription will continue to renew automatically until you request a cancellation. No notice period is required, as the cancellation will be processed automatically.
